Add 1 tbsp (5g) of maca pieces to 1 cup of water (250 ml) and simmer on the stove for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy as is, or sweetened. You may re-brew the maca once more, or eat the pieces afterwards. Drinking 1 cup daily is recommended, but always adjust according to your individual needs. If brewed only once, this bag provides over 22 cups of tea.
Our maca is cultivated exclusively at high altitudes in the Peruvian Andes from an organic farm. We have personally visited the organic farms and farmers, ensuring a positive relationship, fair trade and sustainable growing practices.
