TWO HILLS TEA ORGANIC MATCHA FIRST HARVEST GREEN TEA POWDER 100 G

This matcha is harvested and produced from early spring buds and tender young tea leaves. Our matcha tea plants are grown in partial sunlight (i.e. they are covered with a canopy) a few weeks each spring, boosting the amount of chlorophyll in the leaves; hence the very high concentration of anti-oxidants.  After harvest, the tea is meticulously ground into very fine particles and shipped to Two Hills, where we keep it in a temperature controlled room.
